Negative Space and the Recycling of Meaning

Sometimes we are captivated by what seems meaningless. This isn't because it's conceptual. It might be due to the effect of line, proportion, the use of space, and rhythm.

"Part and Whole" Digital. 2026

Visual works are produced around approaches such as the relationship between part and whole, stains, negative space, and meaning recycling, in a process that moves from fragment to whole and back again. In this act, the fragment is a beginning but the whole is never a final result, as it is always temporary and always renewable. Perhaps it is a search for balance between dispersion and centralization.
